Director of Nursing

Behavioral Health

Responsibilities include: coordinating and directing patient care activities; managing the unit staff; and managing the operational and nursing activities of the units, including regulatory compliance for the Adult and Senior Behavioral Health Units.
Successful applicants will be an RN with at least 7 years experience; have at least 4 years of management experience; hold a current Pennsylvania RN license; BSN required, MSN preferred.

Director of Human Resources

Human Resources

Responsibilities include the management and coordination of all aspects of the Human Resource department, hiring process, compensation and benefits coordination, labor relations and training of employees.
Successful applicant has BS in HR administration, business or behavioral sciences; knowledge of human resources, safety, federal wage and hour regulations, labor laws, regulatory agency requirements (OSHA, ADA, etc.) and general corporate management principles and specifics of health care management.  Other requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior organizational skills with attention to detail; the ability to work independently and computer literacy in a Microsoft environment.

Director of Facilities

Plant Operations

Directs the daily operations in engineering, maintenance, housekeeping and ground services,  and is responsible for budgeting labor, supplies, equipment and related services/materials required for cost-effective operations.  This position reports to the CEO.  Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and/or requisite industry & management experience. Technical knowledge of maintenance equipment and cleaning procedures is required. The ability to manage large projects as well as multiple tasks in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential. Experience directing skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled trade personnel in a union and/or non-union environment is required. The ability to oversee capital projects, maintenance plans, and funding requests is desirable. Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills and computer skills (MS WORD and MS EXCEL) are necessary. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
